Hi there everyone. Reunion time is nearing and we would like to pass along the following hotel information.
BMT Reunion

Doubletree Hotel Rockville
Rockville, Maryland
We have a 25 room block at the Doubletree Hotel Rockville. The following rates will be applicable for our group.
Single Occupancy: $84.00
Double Occupancy: $84.00
Ambassador Suite: $135.00
(Sleeping room rate and availability based upon arrival, September 24, 1999, and departure, September 26, 1999 pattern listed above. Deviations in travel pattern with early arrival and/or later departure are subject to the hotel's corporate rate or best rate available.)
RESERVATIONS
Individuals may call the hotel direct (301) 468-1100 or 1-800-222-TREE to make reservations. Identify all reservations with BMT Reunion, group code M002 to insure that your group receives our special room rate.
The reservation cut off date is September 3, 1999. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. After this date, all unused rooms will be released for general sale unless guaranteed by BMT Reunion. The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals on space available basis, due to high occupancies the night prior the DoubleTree Hotel Rockville can not guarantee early check-ins. The hotel has luggage storage available for those guests arriving earlier or staying later.
GUARANTEED RESERVATION
All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival by a valid credit card deposit or an advance deposit of one night's room and tax.
GUEST NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS
If a guest can not attend, it is the responsibility of the guest to cancel the reservation prior to 4:00 p.m. (Night of Arrival) and secure a cancellation number. Please be advised that when a guest no-shows the reservation drops out of the system and is not automatically reinstated.
A no-show fee of room and tax will be applied, if verification is not given. A cancellation number must be provided for proof of cancellation.
EXPRESS CHECK-IN SERVICE
In order for the hotel to expedite check-in, they request all reservations include the following information:
* Arrival and Departure Dates
* Estimated Time Arrival
* Room Preference (single or double/double, smoking or nonsmoking)
* Credit Card Type to be used for payment including number and expiration date.
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
Self Parking is complimentary for the dates of the room block. Valet parking is available at $7.00 daily.

This year we will be staying at the wonderful DoubleTree
Hotel located in Rockville Maryland. The Metro is only minutes away within walking
distance. The Metro will be able to take us to the Candle Light Vigil that will be
held at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, September 25th.
The DoubleTree Hotel has many amedities including an
indoor and outdoor pool, fine rooms, great food and many other things to do.
Within the Double Tree Hotel is Studabakers, a great
place to let our hair down, they serve drinks and also have a dance floor. A very
fun place to relax.
